13: If We Ever Finish (The Web Planet)

Kiyan and Dylan had a hard time finishing a summary.

This week Kiyan and Dylan separately watched The Web Planet, written by Bill Strutton and aired in February and March of 1965. They spend 45 minutes on the summary because they kept getting sidetracked by other things in the serial.

12: It’s a Crossover with The Matrix (The Romans)

It’s not really a crossover, sorry.

As Nero becomes increasingly confused with Neo, Dylan and Kiyan discuss The Romans, written by Dennis Spooner and aired in January and February of 1965. Also, massive River Song spoilers in this episode, specifically, most of reboot season 6.

11: Barbara Can Open Doors Now (The Rescue)

Look at Barbara being all useful and stuff.

This week Kiyan and Dylan watched the pitifully short The Rescue, written by David Whitaker and aired in January of 1965. In this serial, Vicki, the replacement for Susan, was introduced. Other than that, not much happened.

9: Tegana is a Fly (Planet of Giants)

Kiyan and Dylan have entered Season 2.

This week Kiyan and Dylan watched Planet of the Giants, the first serial of season 2. The serial aired in October and November of 1964 and was written by Louis Marks. Being only 3 episodes long, it did not make much room for talking. Next up is The Dalek Invasion of Earth.

6: The Doctor Should Make a Segway (The Aztecs)

The Aztecs seem pretty chill.

This week, Kiyan and Dylan watched the Aztecs, written by John Lucarotti and aired in May and June of 1964. In this episode, they can’t seem to find things to say, except that Barbara should listen to the Doctor for once.
